Medical Information.
Before you participate in any scuba diver training
program, or experience, it is very important that
you are medically fit to do so. You will usually have to fill in a medical
questionnaire before taking
part in any scuba diving experience or training. The information you supply on
this form will be kept strictly confidential and will not be passed on to anyone
else.
Personal Details.
All personal details that you supply to us will be
kept strictly confidential and will not be shared
with or given to any other person or organization.
The only exception to this will be when we
register your details with PADI International for
the purposes of scuba diver certification. PADI
International may request that they share your
information with other parties, you can refuse
this request so that your details are not shared.
